Superbase, Black and Matt

This bottle of Black and Matt Superbase is designed by Cristina Radovan for Stamperia. This bottle contains a water-based superbase. This liquid is compatible with all surfaces. This Superbase can be used with all of the Stardust Metallic Pigments (sold separately)  for one-of-a-kind looks for your projects. This liquid can be applied with a brush. This bottle holds approximately 80 ml of product.
